Newtown Heritage Festival
Art & Craft Vendor Application for May 24-25, 2019
The Newtown Heritage Festival (NHF) is a family-oriented weekend of events showcasing the past and present skills of the people from the region. Categories for this non-juried event are filled on a first-come, first-served basis 1) to emphasize the handcrafted talents of our region and 2) to avoid duplicates. All products sold must be made by the vendor. Subletting spaces is not permitted and, in this instance, the vendor will not receive a refund of fees. Application, fee, and photos of the products to be sold are due by April 30, 2019 unless prior arrangements have been made through the Newtown Heritage Committee art & craft volunteer, Kim Begnaud at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Set-Up is after 10:00AM Friday, May 24 or Saturday before 9:00AM
- Hours are Friday, May 24, 5:00PM – dusk (Friday night is optional); Saturday, May 25, 10:00AM – 7:00PM OR dusk (your choice)
- Fees per 12’x12′ space is $20
Application, photos, and fees (made payable to Newtown Heritage Festival) are mailed to The Town of Stephens City, P.O. Box 250, 1033 Locust Street, Stephens City, VA 22655. NOTE: The Newtown Heritage Festival is a Rain-or-Shine event. Refunds will be addressed when requested one month prior to Memorial Day weekend.
